Words whose initial letters are capitalized have the meanings defined in the following terms. The following definitions have the same meaning whether they are singular or plural.

Company (referred to in this Agreement as either "the Company", "we", "us" or "our") refers to Prevess UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Albrechtstraße 59 B, 12167, Berlin, Germany.

Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service. Orders mean a request by you to purchase goods from us.

Service refers to the Website. Website refers to Prevess, accessible through www.prevess.de.

You means the person accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on whose behalf such person accesses or uses the Service, as the case may be.

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.
The time limit for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party authorized by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the delivered product.

We will refund your money no later than 14 days after the day we received the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used to place the order, and you will not incur any fees for this refund.

Conditions for returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 30 days. The goods are in their original packaging.
The following goods cannot be returned:
  • The delivery of goods made to your specifications or clearly tailored to you. The delivery of goods that due to their nature are not suitable for return or can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded.
  • The delivery of goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery. For the delivery of goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.
  • We reserve the right to refuse the return of goods that do not comply with the above return conditions at our sole discretion. Only regular priced merchandise is eligible for refund. Unfortunately, sold out merchandise cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted under applicable law.

Return of Goods

We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during return. We therefore recommend insured and trackable shipping. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the merchandise or proof of receipt of the return.

Gifts

If the merchandise was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned merchandise is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the merchandise was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
